The program may include yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, wellness workshops, massage and body therapies, spa treatments, sauna, swimming, yacht excursions, cultural experiences, nutritional and lifestyle guidance.
The Retreat Organizers may adjust schedules, practitioners, activities, or experiences when necessary due to weather, safety, availability, or circumstances outside their control.
The Guest confirms they are physically and mentally able to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or limitations.
All retreat activities are provided for wellness, relaxation, lifestyle, and educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Guest understands that participation involves inherent risks including physical discomfort, injury, allergic reactions, accidents, travel-related incidents, and outdoor activity risks.
The Guest voluntarily participates and accepts responsibility for their own health, safety, and wellbeing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guest releases AION PINOH Wellness, Mykonos Therapy, founders, team members, therapists, instructors, partners, contractors, and service providers from liability for injury, loss, damages, accidents, delays, or expenses arising from participation, except where caused by proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

The Retreat Organizers cannot be held responsible for actions, omissions, delays, accidents, or incidents caused by third-party providers.
Guests remain responsible for personal belongings, valuables, documents, and personal items.
Guests agree that retreat photos/videos may be used by AION PINOH Wellness and Mykonos Therapy for marketing purposes unless written notice is provided before the retreat.
